This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to transfer the case in C.C.No.7 of 2015 from the file of Mahila Court (Magistrate level) Chengalpet to any other Court at Tenkasi.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that out of seventeen witnesses, four witnesses have been examined by the prosecution and the next date of hearing is fixed on 25.06.2019.
