This Criminal Revision Case is of the year 2017. In the year 2017, on several occasions, it was represented by the learned counsel on either side that the matter was being settled between the parties. However, till date, neither there was any representation made nor any record produced with regard to the settlement. There was also no representation for the Petitioner on several occasions. When the matter was taken up for consideration on 26.09.2019, since there was no representation for the learned counsel on either side, the matter was ordered to be posted on 27.09.2019 under the caption 'for dismissal'.
