This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to complete the investigation and file a final report in Crime No.22 of 2022.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent. 3.
The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that though the respondent police has registered a case in Crime No.22 of 2022 on 20.01.2022, no final report is filed till date. 4.
The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the respondent police may be permitted to file a final report within a period of two months. 2/4

In view of the above, the respondent police is directed to file a final report within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
