Crl.M.P.No.13135 of 2024 in Crl.OP.No.18304 of 2024 P.DHANABAL, J.

This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on alternative days at 10.30 a.m, until further orders imposed in Crl.OP.No.18304 of 2024 dated 31.07.2024.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly and he has no previous case and further investigation is also completed.

3. Considering the nature of offence and that the petitioner is complying with the condition without fail and also considering that the investigation is also completed, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in toto.

Accordingly, ordered.
