(Order of the Court was made by SUNDER MOHAN, J.) The petitioners seek relaxation of the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.A.Nos.715 & 716 of 2022 dated 01.11.2022.

2. The learned Special Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that the petitioners are complying with the condition for the past one year.

3. In view of the above, condition stands modified and the petitioners are directed to appear on the first working day, once in three months, at 10.30 a.m., before the trial Court, until further orders.

The criminal miscellaneous petitions are ordered accordingly.
