This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by this Court in paragraph 7(c) of the order dated 01.07.2024 in Crl.O.P.No.15307 of 2024.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submissions made by both side counsels, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified and the petitioner shall report before the Inspector of Police, Dharmapuri Town Police Station, on every Tuesday and Sunday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two months and thereafter as and when required for interrogation.
