Today, when the contempt petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent would submit that pursuant to the direction issued by this court in the main writ petition, the representation of the petitioner was considered and the Town Survey Land Register was rectified by entering the extent of land in S.No.100/196B, Pammal Town as 1.53 Ares. The extract of the rectified Town Survey Land Register has also been furnished to the counsel for the petitioner.
