ORDER

This contempt petition has been filed praying to punish the respondent herein for the willful disobedience to the order in WP.No.10193 of 2021 dated 04.10.2024, thereby the respondent had been directed to pass orders on the petitioner's representation within a period of twelve weeks.

2. The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent produced letter dated 03.02.2025 of the respondent before this Court and submitted that the order passed by this Court made in WP.No.10193 of 2021 dated 04.10.2024 has been complied with by the aforesaid letter dated 03.02.2025.

3. In view of the aforesaid letter dated 03.02.2025, this contempt petition is closed.
