Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider the representation dated 26.07.2019 made by the petitioner Association to the respondents, 1, 2 and 6 and to take action to remove the encroachments made by the encroachers in D.S.Pathar Street belonging to the Villupuram Municipality in accordance with law.
