The petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court by order dated 02.09.2024 in Crl.O.P.No.21308 of 2024 para (b) that directs the petitioner to appear before the respondent police, everyday at 10.30 am until further orders.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

Considering the representation made by both side counsels and considering the nature of offences involved in this case and the fact that investigation was almost completed and the petitioner had complied with the condition without fail, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in toto.
