ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for the issue of writ of mandamus directing the respondents to deal with the representation made by the petitioner on 29.07.2025, wherein the petitioner had sought for a further permission to carry on the quarry operation for 37 days beyond 07.08.2025.

2. Heard Mr.M.Muthappan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.E.Vijay Anand, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents.

3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and without going into the merits of the case, there shall be a direction to the 2 nd respondent who is already conducting an inquiry to take a decision in accordance with law and convey the same to the petitioner within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
