ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to file the final report in the First Information Report registered in Crime No.354 of 2025.

2. The case of the petitioner is that on 01.05.2025, the window of his house was broke open and jewels along with cash to the value of Rs.3,50,000/- were stolen. The grievance of the petitioner is that though a case has been registered, no effective progress has been made in the investigation. Hence, the present petition.

3. The learned Government Advocate [Criminal Side], on instructions, submitted that the investigation is almost over and the respondent will be filing the final report within a period of two weeks. 2/4

4. In view of the submissions of the learned Government Advocate [Criminal Side] appearing for the respondent, there shall be a direction to the respondent to file the final report within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
