Prayer Writ Petition filed under Section 226 of the Constitution of India, prayed for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing that the Curriculum Framework Committee constituted under G.O.Ms.No.146 dated 30.06.2017 issued by the respondent and the High Level Committee constituted under G.O.Ms.No.147 dated 30.06.2017 issued by the respondent function as Court-Monitored Committees with the existing members and further directing the respondent to continue the existing members of the said committees until the object of the said Committees is fully achieved.
