This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 91 days in re-presenting the above criminal appeal against the judgment dated 30.10.2023 made in STC.No.633 of 2021 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court No.I, Bhavani by allowing this petition.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the second respondent.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the aforesaid delay of 99 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
