2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the first respondent police has completed the investigation in Crime No.118 of 2017 and also filed a charge sheet in C.C.No.289 of 2017 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Cheyyar. 3.Considering the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous.
