This application has been filed to grant four weeks time to cross examine D.W.1.

2. It is the contention of the learned counsel for the applicant that since the involved is a technical contract, the witness has to be cross examined meticulously, they require one month to cross examine D.W.1.

3. The learned counsel for the respondent has no objection in allowing this application.

4. Accordingly, this application is Ordered as prayed for. As per the earlier Order of this Court, a sum of Rs.1000/- shall be paid to D.W.1 for every hearing and cross examination of D.W.1 shall be completed on or before 21.11.2019. The D.W.1 is directed to be present before the Master on 30.10.2019.
