Prayer : Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. praying to direct the respondents to investigate and register the complaint given by the petitioner which is pending in CSR No.610 of 2022 before the 2nd respondent police, within a time frame as fixed by this Court.

ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, seeking a direction to the respondents to investigate and register the complaint given by the petitioner which is pending in CSR No.610 of 2022 before the 2nd respondent police, within a time frame as fixed by this Court. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the respondents. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that there is a land dispute between the petitioner's family and the family of one Kumar; the wife of Kumar, by name Shanthi is a Village Panchayat President; by making influence of the said post, the said Kumar has given the complaint against the petitioner and in view of that, the petitioner is being harassed by the respondent police.

4. The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the respondents submitted that the petitioner has given a complaint against

Kumar and on which, CSR No.610 of 2022 has been assigned and CSR No.611 of 2022 has been assigned for the complaint given by the said Kumar and the enquiry is pending in both the matters.

5. In view of the complaints given by both the parties, the 2nd respondent is directed to complete the enquiry simultaneously in both the matters and complete the same, within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, in accordance with law. 6.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
