ORDER

This Contempt Petition is filed complaining willful disobedience of the order dated 23.04.2024 in WP.No.11312 of 2024.

2. Today when the matter came up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader would produce the order dated 29.01.2025 by which it can be seen that they have considered the proposal and passed the orders approving the promotion of the petitioner. 2/4

The learned counsel appearing on behalf of Contempt petitioner would submit that when the very grievance of the petitioner is to consider the promotion with effect from 17.09.2023, even while accepting to approve, they are approving only from the date of issue of the order, which is ex facie erroneous. Therefore, he would submit that the order is not properly complied with and the petitioner is having a grievance.

4. In view of the nature of the order passed in the Writ Petition to consider and pass orders on the proposal and when such order has been passed, it is open for the petitioner to agitate the grievance in the manner known to law. Since the order has been complied with, this Contempt Petition is closed.
