PRAYER: Contempt Petition filed under Section 11 of Contempt of Court Act, praying to punish the respondents for their willful disobedience of the order dated 08.11.2016 in W.P.No.29388 of 2011 of this Court.

ORDER

The present petition is filed seeking to punish the respondents for having committed contempt of court by disobeying the order of this Court dated 08.11.2016 passed in W.P.No.29388 of 2011.

2. Today, when the matter was called, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that the order of this Court dated 08.11.2016 in W.P.No.29388 of 2011 has been complied. The learned Additional Government Pleader has also produced the proceedings of the Deputy Director (AH), Sheep Farm, Chinnasalem dated 30.09.2020, whereby it has been stated that the entire retirement benefits of the petitioner has been disbursed through ECS.

3. In view of the same, this Court finds that the disobedience alleged on the part of the respondent is not willful in nature. Accordingly, the present Contempt Petition stands closed.
