Crl.M.P.No.17749 of 2023 in Crl.A.No.550 of 2023 M. NIRMAL KUMAR , J This petition is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.A.No.550 of 2023 vide judgment dated 06.06.2023 that the petitioner shall appear before the Trial Court on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

2.Pursuant to the order dated 10.11.2023, the second respondent police informed the third respondent about the pendency of this petition.

3.Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that investigation completed, charge sheet filed and the same was taken on file in S.C.No.33 of 2023 on the file of the learned Principal District Judge, Salem and the case is posted on 27.11.2023 for framing of charges.

4.In view of the above, the condition imposed by this Court directing the petitioner to appear before the Trial Court on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m.

until further orders is hereby relaxed.

Further, the petitioner is directed to appear before the Trial Court on all hearing dates.
