O R D E R

On an earlier occasion, it was represented by the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents that the order dated 28.04.2022 made in W.P.No.10407 of 2022, passed by this Court, has been complied with and therefore, the Contempt Petition may be closed. In this regard, learned counsel for the petitioner sought time to verify whether it has been complied with or not. At his request, this Court had directed the registry to post the matter on 30.06.2023.

2. Today(30.06.2023) when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner is not in a position to dispute the submission made by the learned Special Government pleader that the encroachment is removed. It that view of the matter, the contempt petition is closed.
