This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to call for the records in FIR Crime No.1378 of 2017, on the file of the Inspector of Police, Kanathur Police, Chennai, the first respondent herein and quash the same as illegal.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that the case has already been investigated and a closure report has been filed before the Judicial Magistrate, Alandur, on 31.07.2019.
