This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order, dated 09.08.2023 in Crl.M.P.No.12002 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.13522 of 2023 to report before the respondent Police once in a week ie., on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police once in every fortnight on Monday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of one month and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.
