Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 3 to consider petitioner's representation dated 04.03.2017 and to take action against the then respondents 4 to 6 who were holding the post specified in the cause title at the time of incident as per law.

This writ petition is filed for a writ of mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 3, to consider petitioner's representation dated 04.03.2017 and to take action against the respondents 4 to 6 herein.
2. The case of the petitioner is that he has obtained an order from the learned V Judicial Magistrate, Coimbatore dated 17.02.2017 to register an FIR against the concerned persons as per petitioner's complaint dated 30.12.2013, enquire the same and file a final report. Now, the only grievance of the petitioner is to take action against respondents 4 to 6 herein, based on his representation dated 04.03.2017.
3. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, Mr.C.Emalias, learned Additional Advocate General, assisted by Mr.R.S.Selvam, learned Government Advocate, states that the entire proceedings in C.M.P. No.6452/2015 dated 17.12.2017 on the file of learned Judicial Magistrate No.V, Coimbatore, was quashed by this court in Crl.O.P. No.15656 of 2020 dated 22.03.2021 and hence nothing survives for adjudication in this matter.
4. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. However, there is no order as to costs.
