When the Matter was listed for hearing on 13.02.2020, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner and hence the matter was posted on 07.04.2020. When the matter was taken for hearing on 19.04.2021, once again there is no representation for the petitioner and in order to give one more opportunity to the petitioner, the matter was again directed to be listed after four weeks. Today, When the case is listed for hearing, today also none represented on behalf of the petitioner.

2. The petitioner has filed this writ petition to direct the 1st respondent to allot disabled quota seat by condoning the delayed issue of the disability certificate by the Medical Board.

3. It appears that the petitioner is not interested to get along with the matter and further now after a lapse of two years, there would be nothing survives for further adjudication in the prayer sought for by the petitioner.

4. In the light of the same, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
