ORDER

Alleging that the order of this Court, dated 06.02.2018, passed in W.P.No.14234 of 2011, has not been complied with by the respondents, the petitioner has come up with the contempt petition.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submits that as against the order passed in W.P.No.14234 of 2011, dated 06.02.2018, a Writ Appeal has been filed and the same has been allowed.

3.In view of the above submission, nothing survives for consideration in the contempt petition. Accordingly, the contempt petition is closed.
