Respondents Prayer: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for a Writ of Mandamus to direct the third respondent to furnish the copy of the property tax assessment order vide bill No.12-164-08701-000 for the petitioner's building bearing Door No.1, Vembuliamman Koil Street, Palavanthangal, Chennai-600 114, forthwith and forbearing the respondents from demanding or collecting the enhanced property tax for the above said premises from the petitioner or his tenants (occupiers).
