2. This petition has been filed seeking restoration of C.M.A.No.1275 of 2017, which was dismissed for default on 30.10.2017.

3. The learned counsel for the respondent submitted that pursuant to the direction of this Court, the respondent is present before this Court today and has no objection to the relief sought for by the petitioner.

4. Accordingly, this petition is allowed and C.M.A.No.1275 of 2017 is restored on file, by setting aside the order of dismissal for non prosecution.
