JUDGMENT

(Judgment was delivered by M.DURAISWAMY, J.) When the Writ Appeal is taken up for hearing, Mr.A.Ilaya Perumal, learned counsel appearing for the respondent submitted https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

that pursuant to the order passed by the Inspector General of Registration - the 1st appellant/1st respondent, the respondent/Writ Petitioner had paid the differential stamp duty and also received the registered Sale Deed.

2.Mr.P.Sathish, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the appellants submitted that in view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the respondent, the Writ Appeal may be closed.

3.Recording the submission made by the learned counsel on either side, since the respondent had already received the registered Sale Deed, nothing survives for adjudication in the Writ Appeal. Accordingly, the Writ Appeal stands closed. No costs.
