This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking police protection based on the complaint given by the petitioner on 05.09.2023. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that petition enquiry was conducted and closed on 20.09.2023 in C.No.G5/2866/5647131/2023 on the file of the respondent police. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor further submitted that if the revenue authorities wants police protection at the time of survey, a requisition can be made and that police protection will be provided based on the requisition.
