ORDER

The Writ Petition is filed seeking for a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the first respondent to disclose reasons for freezing the bank account bearing Number:007501000052306 and further direct the first respondent to allow the petitioner to operate her account by considering her representation dated 16.09.2019.

2. The case of the petitioner is that, the petitioner is holding an account bearing No.007501000052306 with the first respondent bank. However, the first respondent without disclosing any reason had freezed the petitioner's bank account. Hence, the present writ petition is filed before this Court to direct the first respondent to disclose the reason for freezing the bank account.

3. Mr.A.Sermaraj, learned counsel appearing for the first respondent would submit that, due to the criminal case registered by the 2/4

second respondent-Police against the petitioner, the first respondent has freezed the petitioner's bank account.

4. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the first respondent, nothing survives for adjudication in this Writ Petition. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed.
