The writ petition is filed seeking water supply connection by the respondent.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that In spite of resolution passed by the Town Panchayat to provide water supply connection on 06.07.2017, the respondent has not provided water supply connection to the petitioner.

3. After notice, the respondent has reported before this Court vide proceedings dated 23.10.2019 that the water service connection has been provided to the petitioner.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner confirmed the same.

5. In the light of the above development, nothing survives in this writ petition and the same is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
