This petition is filed to quash the FIR in Cr.No.118/2022 on the file of 1st respondent for the offence under Sections 3(2)(a), 4(1), 5(1)(a), 6(1)(a) and 7(1)(a) of Immoral Traffic Prevention Act, 1956.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the State, submits that on completion of investigation, final report was filed and the same is taken cognizance on the file of the learned IV Metropolitan Magistrate in CC.No.1877 of 2023.
