ORDER

Though the Miscellaneous Petition No.354 of 2009 was filed to bring the petitioners therein, namely, S.Sundari, S.Gomathi Sankar and S.Palani Rajan on record as the legal representatives of the deceased sole writ petitioner, I.Subramanian, it appears no steps have been taken up by the learned counsel for the petitioners to pursue the matter till now.

2. It is seen from the records that though the matter was listed on 3.2.2016, 17.2.2016 and 19.2.2016, there was no https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

representation on behalf of the petitioners in WPMP No.354 of 2009 on those dates. Even today, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioners and this Miscellaneous Petition has been pending since 2009.

3. In view of the above reasons, WPMP No.354 of 2009 is dismissed for non-prosecution and the Writ Petition is dismissed as abated. No costs.
