Respondents Prayer:- Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent to hold an enquiry in consultation with the 1st respondent in the presence of this petitioner on the fraudulent patta No.12304 issued by 2nd respondent in favour of 3rd respondent as illegal, consequently to direct the 1st respondent to cancel the fraudulent patta by taking suitable action on 3rd respondent to consider the 1st respondent letter No.33761/2018 J.14 Dt.4.3.2019 issued to the 2nd respondent for enquiry and dispose of the letter.

This writ petition has been filed for the issue of a Writ of Mandamus, for a direction to the 2nd respondent to hold an enquiry based on the representation made by the petitioner. 1/4 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2.The learned Additional Government Pleader on instructions submitted that the 2nd respondent has already issued a notice on 03.03.2020, by fixing the date of enquiry on 11.03.2020. The relevant notice was also placed before this Court.

3.In view of the above development, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the 2nd respondent to conduct the enquiry in accordance with law and pass final orders within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, after affording an opportunity to all the necessary parties.

This writ petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
