This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 594 days in filing the above appeal.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. The learned counsel for the 3rd respondent has got objections in allowing the petition.

4. The sole petitioner would aver that after the accident, he had to spent huge amount for his treatment and due to financial constrains, delay of 594 days occurred in filing this appeal.

5. Accepting the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed subject to the condition that the interest for the delay period of 594 days shall stand waived. 09.10.2025 Mac Note:- Registry is directed to number the name of the learned counsel for the 3rd respondent Mr.J.Michael Visuvasam, while posting the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal in the cause list.
