ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to withdraw the investigation in Cr.No.10 of 2019 from the file of the second respondent and to transfer the same to the third respondent CBCID for fair and proper investigation.

2. According to the petitioner, he had given a complaint to the second respondent and based on the complaint a First Information Report has been registered in Crime No.10 of 2019 for the offences under section 406, 420 and 506[i] IPC. The grievance of the petitioner is that even after registration of the

First Information Report, there is no progress in the investigation. Hence, the present petition to transfer the investigation to some other agency.

3. The learned Government Advocate [Criminal Side] on instructions submitted that investigation in the above First Information Report has been completed and negative report has been filed before the concerned Court and they had also served the RCS report to the petitioner.

4. Recording the submissions of the learned Government Advocate [Criminal Side], this Criminal Original Petition is closed. It is for the petitioner to file protest petition, if he is really aggrieved by the closure report. 13-08-2025 Index:Yes/No Speaking/Non-speaking order Internet:Yes vrc
