This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in para No.7(c) in Crl.O.P.No.15779 of 2025 dated 22.05.2025.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is scrupulously complying with the condition without any deviation. He further submitted that the final report also filed in this case after completion of the investigation.
