This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the proceeding laid down in S.T.C.No. 375 of 2016, pending on the file of the Judicial Magistrate-II, Coimbatore.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners as well as Mr.R.Kishore Kumar, learned Government Advocate (crl.side) and perused the materials available on record.

submitted by the learned Government Advocate for the respondent that all the witnesses have been examined and the matter is posted for arguments before the Trial Court on 06.12.2021 and the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners acknowledges the same.
