When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that as on date, no case is registered as against the petitioner and no petition has been received as against the petitioner. He further submitted that case in Crime No.580 of 2022 had already been registered as against the petitioner and the trial is in progress.

Recording the above submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
