ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed praying to extend the time for compliance of the condition order dated 07.07.2025 passed in Crl.MP.No.13263 of 2025 in Crl.RC.No.993 of 2025. 2.

It is seen that this Court, while suspending the sentence imposed on the second petitioner in CA.No.580 of 2024 on the file of the XX Additional District Judge, City Civil Court at Chennai dated 27.03.2025, imposed condition to deposit the entire cheque amount within a period of four weeks in Crl.MP.No.13263 of 2025. However, it is the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners that due to ill health, the second petitioner could not able to mobilize funds as she was not able to travel Chennai. 3.

Considering the above submission, this Court is inclined to extend the time. Accordingly, the time granted to comply with the aforesaid condition imposed in Crl.MP.No.13263 of 2025 in Crl.RC.993 of 2025 dated 07.07.2025, is extended till 15.09.2025, failing which this order passed by this Court shall automatically stand cancelled.
