JUDGMENT

(Delivered by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) We have heard Mr.K.Karthik Jegannath, learned Government Advocate for the appellants and Ms.Arulmozhi, learned counsel for the first respondent.

2. Learned Government Advocate submits that the appellants have taken a decision to shift the burial ground to S.No.28/5 and that burial would not be taking place thereafter in S.Nos.26 and 27.

3. It would mean that the appellants are ready to implement the order passed by the learned Single Judge.

4. According to learned Government Advocate, four months' time would be required to conclude the said process and designate S.No.28/5 as the burial ground.

5. In view of the above statement, the writ appeal stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, C.M.P.no.24684 of 2023 is closed.
