The plaintiff in a suit filed in O.S.No.1239 of 2023 for specific performance is the revision petitioner. The revision petitioner seeks a limited relief of expeditious disposal of I.A.No.3 of 2025 which is pending in the 1/4

said suit for specific performance and taken out for interim injunction to restrain the respondents herein from alienating or encumbering the suit property pending disposal of the suit.

2. In the light of the limited relief sought for by the revision petitioner, notice to the respondents is dispensed with.

3. The learned Subordinate Judge, Ambattur, shall expedite the enquiry in I.A.No.3 of 2025 and dispose of the same within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
