COMMON ORDER Challenging the dismissal of the Approval Petitions dated 28.12.2015, these writ petitions have been filed.

2. Pending these writ petitions, the Management has entered into a settlement with the workmen concerned, namely, the second respondent herein.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has filed the Memorandum Of Settlement entered into between the petitioner and second respondent and seeks permission of this Court to withdraw these writ petitions, after recording terms and conditions of the settlement.

4. In terms of the settlement arrived at between the parties, the writ petitions stand disposed of. The terms and conditions of the settlement dated 26.07.2018 shall form part of the order. As per clause-H of the settlement, the Management is eligible to withdraw any amount lying into the credit of W.P.Nos.4213 to 4224 of 2016 before this Court. No costs.
