This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 154 days in filing the criminal appeal against the judgment in CC.No.82 of 2022 dated 03.01.2025 on the file of the learned Special Judge, I Additional Special Court for Exclusive Trial of Cases under NDPS Act, Chennai.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the learned Special Public Prosecutor for NCB appearing for the respondent and perused the materials available on record.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the aforesaid delay of 154 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
