..Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records on the file of the 2nd respondent in proceedings Na.Ka.No.1527/ Aa/2011 dated 24.10.2016 and quash the same and to consequently direct the respondents herein to deposit from making any recovery from the petitioner and to disburse all other benefits due and payable to the petitioner.

O R D E R

After some arguments, Mr.M.Ravi, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, on instructions, seeks the permission of this Court to withdraw this Writ Petition with liberty to the petitioner to submit his response to the impugned show cause notice dated 24.10.2016 and it may be directed to be disposed as expeditiously as possible. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. Mr.R.A.S.Senthilvel, learned Additional Government Pleader accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 & 2 and Mr.V.Vijayashankar, learned counsel accepts notice on behalf of the third respondent.

3. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to submit his explanation to the impugned show cause notice dated 24.10.2016 to the second respondent within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and the second respondent, on receipt of the same is directed to consider and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of six weeks thereafter. Till such time, further proceedings in pursuant to the impugned show cause notice shall be deferred. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
