Prayer in W.P.No. 29735 of 2019 : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 2 & 3 herein to approve forthwith the petitioner's appointment as Assistant Professor in Commerce in the 5th respondent college for the period of one year and ten days ( from the date of joining into service i.e, 18.06.2012 to 27.06.2013) and sanction the attendant benefits thereof including salary, service and allowances for the said period.
Prayer in W.P.No. 29741 of 2019 : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of
Mandamus directing the respondents 2 & 3 herein to approve forthwith the petitioner's appointment as Assistant Professor in Physics in the 5th respondent college for the period of one year and ten days ( from the date of joining into service i.e, 18.06.2012 to 27.06.2013) and sanction the attendant benefits thereof including salary, service and allowances for the said period.
Prayer in W.P.No. 29745 of 2019 : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 2 & 3 herein to approve forthwith the petitioner's appointment as Assistant Professor in English in the 5th respondent college for the period of one year and ten days ( from the date of joining into service i.e, 18.06.2012 to 27.06.2013) and sanction the attendant benefits thereof including salary, service and allowances for the said period.

2.When the matters are taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the petitioner states that the issue involved in these writ petitions are covered by an order of this Court in W.P.Nos.25563, 25564, 25567, 25571, 25574, 25576, 25579, 25582 & 25584 of 2019 dated 10.02.2020. 3.The relevant portion of the above order is extracted here under:
"All the writ petitions are disposed of with a direction to the 2nd and 3rd respondents to take into consideration of the various representations that have been made by the 5th respondent college and pass orders with regard to granting approval of the appointment of the Assistant Professors/ writ petitioners from the date of their joining the post, strictly within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. It is left open to
the 2nd and 3rd respondents to call for necessary particulars from the 5th respondent before passing the orders. The 5th respondent is directed to make a fresh representation to the 2nd and 3rd respondent by giving all the particulars along with copy of the earlier representations made by them and also a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are also closed".
