ORDER

Bearing in mind the limited prayer in the writ petition and since there is no objection by Mr.UM.Ravichandran, learned SGP for R1 and R2 and Ms.G.V.Seethalakshmi, for R3, the writ petition is listed under special list and taken up for out of turn hearing. 2.

The petitioners pray for a mandamus for consideration of representation dated 09.09.2023. Since Mr.Ravichandran, learned SGP, on instructions, would accede to receipt of representation and would express no objection to the grant of mandamus as sought for, mandamus is issued to Assistant Director of Fisheries (Inland Fisheries) / R2 to hear the petitioners as well as any others that are necessary for proper adjudication of the 2/4

matter and disposal the same within a period of eight weeks from today and in accordance with law.
