Today, in the cause list, along with the above Crl.O.P., the connected matters viz., CMSA.12/2018 and CMA.2784/2018 were also listed for hearing.

2. This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking to transfer the Maintenance Case No.5 of 2016 from the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sathyamangalam, to any court in Coimbatore or in Chennai.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner/ husband, in the presence of the party, prayed this court to permit to withdraw above Crl.O.P. She has also made an endorsement to that effect. Accordingly, the petitioner is allowed to withdraw the criminal original petition. This Crl.O.P., is dismissed as withdrawn.
