ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition case has been filed seeking to direct the Arbitrator Chennai, to dispose of the Arbitration Case No.NRK/MG/03/2023 as expeditiously within the time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2. Heard the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. Considering the limited prayer sought for in this petition and taking note of the fact that the Arbitration case is pending from the year 2023, this Court directs the learned Arbitrator Chennai, to dispose of the Arbitration Case No.NRK/MG/03/2023 within a period of eight months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. This Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
